BeastyCO collects only the information reasonably needed to run the portal, secure accounts, enforce rules, deliver optional service conveniences, and operate community features such as rankings, vote rewards, and official Discord-linked access points.
This may include usernames, account email, country, city, IP address, login attempts, vote claim records, session data, remember-me tokens, cookie consent choices, public character statistics, and message content that you intentionally send through official Discord-connected systems.
We use this information to authenticate accounts, secure sessions, detect abuse, investigate fraud, publish public rankings, validate vote rewards, keep the service stable, and communicate official server updates.
The portal uses essential cookies for session security and optional cookies or persistent tokens for conveniences such as remembering your return path and storing your cookie consent choice. You can refuse non-essential convenience choices, but core login security still requires essential cookies.
Some gameplay information is intentionally displayed publicly, such as rankings, online presence indicators, guild information, or activity feed events. Do not use the service if you do not want those game-related elements to appear publicly.
BeastyCO does not sell player data. Information may be disclosed when reasonably required to investigate abuse, respond to payment disputes, comply with law, protect infrastructure, or defend the rights and safety of the project, staff, and community.
We retain data only for as long as it remains useful for account access, fraud prevention, community moderation, legal defense, technical troubleshooting, or project continuity. Some logs and backups may persist for a limited time after deletion requests or account inactivity.
You may reach staff through the official Discord to ask about correction of portal profile details or deletion of optional information that is not required for security, fraud prevention, or legal recordkeeping. We may deny requests where deletion would break core account integrity or rule enforcement history.
Discord, payment platforms, download hosts, and similar services operate under their own policies. BeastyCO is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, interfaces, or account systems once you leave the BeastyCO-controlled environment.
This policy may be updated to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
